The service processes Telegram data client-side in your browser and uses AI/LLM technology to understand and respond to your queries.

3. User Accounts and Telegram Integration

To use BD1, you must:

• Connect your Telegram account to our service
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. BD1 employs a session-less architecture and does not store your Telegram credentials on our servers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BD1 to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
• Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or other third-party terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

The BD1 service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your user content), is owned by BD1 LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your Telegram data and any content you create or upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BD1 LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BD1 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or your data
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
• Any actions taken based on AI-generated insights
• Any third-party integrations or services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BD1 LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including Telegram's Terms of Service
• Your use of batch messaging or other automation features

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BD1 at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by disconnecting your Telegram account and ceasing to use the platform.

Upon termination, any licenses granted to you will immediately cease, though provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
